We wanted to implement an unexpected alternative, something closer to the original spirit of horsemanship, sport and actual FAIR chance.

And honestly — we were curious whether people still recognize something genuine when they see it.

But the membership itself is a real standalone product and community.

We are also only interested to put for a draw only horses that are already well known to our team, furthermore - are produced by our team to a certain level. So they all have a story with us, that will be shown and closely followed within the Unique Chance community for some time, may be a very long time, before they are presented for a draw.

The winner receives ownership transfer of the horse connected to that specific draw, together with the relevant identification and documentation legally required for transfer - such as horse passport, ownership transfer agreement, health papers where applicable.
Specific details vary depending on the horse, country and relevant regulations.
The winner must also meet the requirement to be able to provide neccessary care for the horse.

The organizers contact the winner directly to arrange the transfer process, logistics and practical coordination.
Depending on the situation, assistance may be provided for every respect.

Reasonable assistance can be provided from our side, but practical realities of international horse transport exist. These formalities and costs will be fully up to the winner. So again -we expect our members to adequately assess their capabilities.

The winner. All future costs after transfer — including transport, stabling, veterinary care, insurance, training and maintenance — are the responsibility of the winner.

This is not a traditional private horse sale process with multiple test rides, negotiations and veterinary shopping tours.
The project format is fundamentally different.
Hovever, it may be possible by special prior agreement - within "personal relations" part of the project - when members can meet with founders - to see and get acquainted with our horses in general, including those taking part in draws.

The winner has the right to refuse the transfer of the horse for any reason without any obligations or explanations. This still will be announced openly in within the club and in our social media - to maintain transparancy and fairness of the process.

Compatibility between horse and rider depends on many factors including experience, temperament, training level and expectations.
So - don't worry, be happy - the probability that a horse from a draw will be your perfect match is statistically not much different from the one you tried 10 times and paid hundreds of thousands.

Practically — horses require proper stabling, hay, feed, fencing, daily turn out and care, movement, supervision, vet, farrier and management.

This is a professional sport horse, not an unusually large golden retriever.

The horse may have talent.
That does not automatically transfer Olympic riding ability into the human sitting on the horse.
